Patrick Glovac
Founding Director
Mr Glovac holds a Bachelor of Commerce, with majors in Finance, Banking and Management, as well as a Diploma of Management. He is a founding Director of GTT Ventures Pty Ltd and previously worked as an Investment Adviser at Bell Potter Securities Limited, advising high-net-worth clients and providing corporate advisory services. Over the past eight years, Mr Glovac has held various director positions with ASX-listed companies across the technology and resources sectors, gaining extensive experience in corporate governance, capital markets and strategic corporate transactions.
Charles Thomas
Founding Director
Mr Thomas holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The University of Western Australia, majoring in Corporate Finance. He is a Founding Director of GTT and has more than a decade of experience in the financial services industry, with extensive expertise across capital markets and the structuring and execution of corporate transactions. Mr Thomas has also served on the boards of numerous ASX-listed companies across the mining, resources and technology sectors, providing him with broad experience in corporate governance, strategic development and capital markets.
Rocco Tassone
Founding Director
Mr Tassone holds a Bachelor of Business with a double major in Finance and Economics from Edith Cowan University, together with a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment from Kaplan. Mr Tassone is a Founding Director of GTT with more than 14 years’ experience across equity markets, institutional and high-net-worth advisory, and corporate advisory. During this time, he has advised domestic and international institutional investors, high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, and has played a key role in funding numerous ASX-listed companies from early-stage seed capital through to IPOs, mergers and acquisitions.
Quinton Meyers
Team
Mr Meyers has more than eight years’ experience in equity markets, having worked as a Stockbroker, Company Secretary and Accountant across ASX-listed companies in the resources, oil and gas, and technology sectors. He has been involved in numerous IPOs, RTOs and ECM transactions, with strong knowledge of the ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act. Mr Meyers holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Curtin University, a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning, and is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
Sharni Gilenko
Team
Mrs Gilenko holds a Certificate in Business Management and brings experience across data analysis, project coordination and executive support. She previously worked in the UK as a Data Analyst and Project Coordinator within The Royal Bank of Scotland’s Risk & Legal team. Mrs Gilenko also has extensive experience in Executive Assistant roles across the construction, finance and resources sectors.
Lisa Harford
Team
Miss Harford holds Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Geography from Curtin University. She brings extensive experience in supporting businesses across accounting, bookkeeping, administration and business operations, excelling in fast-paced environments and team management. Miss Harford is also currently undertaking further professional studies to qualify as a Company Secretary.
